Why we started
Freight forwarding runs on handoffs: shipper to forwarder, forwarder to carrier, carrier to terminal, terminal to customs. Every handoff is a place where information gets lost, and the shipper is usually the last to hear about it.
Apex Ocean Lines was founded to close those gaps. Every account has one specialist who owns the shipment from quote to proof of delivery, every quote is itemized, and every delay is reported proactively.
We are a new company, and we are open about it. We have no legacy systems and no ticket queues, and we put everything in writing.
